S3E3 Bread Week

It’s Bread Week, and the six bakers left in the competition will be kneading, proofing, shaping, and aiming to excel. The Signature challenge kicks off with a pair of soda breads that will test their flavor combinations. Next, in the Technical challenge, they must tackle a challenging custard-filled pastry that requires exacting frying and filling techniques. For the Showstopper, the bakers are tasked with crafting a sturdy four-legged bread sculpture, ensuring both its design and structure are up to the challenge.
