When a fire breaks out in the kitchen, the staff of The Office is relocated to the parking lot for the day. To pass the time and alleviate the monotony, Jim proposes playing "Desert Island" and "Who Would You Do?", leading to some surprising confessions from his coworkers. Meanwhile, Michael engages in business discussions with Ryan, which leaves Dwight feeling excluded and sidelined from the group dynamics.
