Deputies successfully perform a PIT maneuver on a recently stolen Dodge Magnum. Meanwhile, a man seen dealing drugs conceals a stolen firearm in the wheel well of a vehicle. When confronted, another man confesses to his issues after deputies find used balloons and a frozen NOS tank during the search.
