In Las Vegas, police rush to a report of a chaotic domestic incident involving a woman who is shouting and brandishing a firearm. Upon the arrival of a hostage negotiator and law enforcement, a beanbag gun is deployed to help calm the situation. Meanwhile, in Cleveland, Ohio, officers investigate a separate domestic conflict, while in Sacramento, California, an officer conducts a traffic stop on a vehicle suspected to be stolen.
