Tarek and Christina discover an intriguing property featuring a charming outdoor structure in Long Beach, California. Since the house is occupied by tenants, they have to decide on the purchase without seeing it firsthand. After negotiating a deal, they become the new owners, but their excitement quickly turns to disbelief when they see the condition of the property upon arrival.
