Feeling disheartened by his ongoing batting slump, Chip decides to leave the baseball team. However, with some encouragement from his brothers, he contemplates making a comeback. When a parent who usually volunteers as the umpire calls in sick, Steve is asked to step in. Chip sees this as a golden opportunity to shine and prove himself as the team’s hero.
