The challenge's winner sharpens their game plan by setting up a Secret Ingredient Showdown, pitting two leading chefs against each other using a vibrant root vegetable. Their creations are then judged by Iron Chef Marc Forgione and Judy Joo, resulting in one chef being eliminated from the competition.
