A geological survey crew finds themselves in peril when a massive earth-shattering machine, operated by the enigmatic villain known as the Mechanic, sends them plummeting into a deep crevice. As International Rescue springs into action, Lady Penelope and Parker pay a visit to the Hood, who is incarcerated in Parkmoor Scrubs prison, seeking information about this new threat.
