During an egg drop challenge in eighth grade science, Janine is eager to include her second-grade students. Despite the science teacher and Gregory expressing concerns about their readiness for such experiments, Janine is resolute in demonstrating their capabilities. Meanwhile, Barbara is taken aback by the attire of one of her student's parents, prompting her to realize the importance of looking beyond superficial judgments.
