Lockhart, Gardner and Bond take legal action against a social networking platform on behalf of a Chinese dissident who anonymously blogged about democracy in China. After the site compromised his anonymity by revealing his IP address, he faced imprisonment and torture at the hands of the Chinese government. Meanwhile, Eli receives a lead that he believes could force Childs to withdraw from the race, while Will and Diane aim to finally take control of the firm from Derrick Bond.
