Sharon erroneously believes that Nina underwent a nose job over March break, and her light-hearted chatter spirals into a scandal that jeopardizes a key public relations chance for Nina. However, when it becomes clear that the nose job was merely a misunderstanding by Sharon, Nina cleverly turns the resulting media frenzy to her benefit.
