Thirteen-year-old Sharon Spitz, an 8th grader, gets braces just a day before picture day. During her visit to the orthodontist, a sudden thunderstorm causes a power outage. In the midst of the chaos, something goes awry with Sharon's braces, leading to a series of bizarre and comical situations that she must navigate. As she prepares for her photo shoot, she finds herself facing unexpected challenges that test her confidence and creativity.
