The enchanting KIU captures no one's affection, and her sister, SHARA, is filled with bitterness. Even after marrying the wealthy gambler, MAN SAI KWONG, she remains resentful of her rival, MAN KWUI FONG, especially after FONG is left heartbroken. In a desperate attempt, FONG tries to take her own life alongside her son, CHOR, leaving him in KIU’s care. Meanwhile, KIU finds romance with the student CHUK CHIN FAI and has a daughter named HO, but FAI departs for studies in England. TSUEN HOI KING has invested everything in KIU, yet FAI holds her heart. Journalist SHUN, working on a Macau documentary, faces a misunderstanding with HO during a secret casino shoot. CHOR springs into action when he senses danger threatening SHUN, who is with KIU and HO.
