Judy, a young rancher, discovers her prized longhorn cattle are missing. Determined to help, SuperTed and Spotty soar to Texas on a mission to find them. Upon their arrival, they encounter a cowboy who bears a striking resemblance to Texas Pete, who joins them in their quest to track down the stolen cattle and restore Judy's livelihood.
