Guy takes a culinary road trip across the country and into the Great Lakes region to discover some incredible eats. In Michigan, he visits a classic heavy metal rocker who’s creating mouthwatering smoked meat dishes. Next, in L.A.'s Grand Central Market, he finds a vibrant Mexican counter serving up incredible octopus tostadas. Finally, he heads to downtown Norfolk, where a trendy eatery is crafting gourmet sandwiches, including a delicious combination of lobster mac-and-cheese grilled cheese.
