On this trip, Guy’s diving into flavors from both land and sea. In Washington State, he stops at a brewpub that pairs its house beers with bangers and mash and crab-stuffed cannelloni. Down in North Carolina’s Outer Banks, a longtime summer staple serves up fisherman’s risotto and citrus chicken. Then in Upstate New York, he heads underground to a spot dishing out scratch-made spicy-sweet sausage fajitas.
