Guy's hitting the road in search of comfort food at its finest. First stop, Indianapolis, where a dog-friendly neighborhood spot serves up their Barking Lard BLT with house-made bacon. Then it's off to New Orleans, to a place that's been reimagining classics like jambalaya and green bean casserole since the 1890s. Finally, in Winters, California, he finds a hidden gem dishing out wood-fired pizza off the beaten path.
