Elizabeth and President Dalton travel to Rome for the G20 Conference, but her worry for Henry grows when he is dispatched to Israel to stop a doomsday cult from unleashing a bio-weapon. Meanwhile, Blake confides a personal secret to his old colleagues at the conference. In addition, Elizabeth secretly approaches Russell for help in getting her off the waiting list for Harvard Law School, doing so without informing Stevie.
