During a meeting about his refusal to join the Asia-Pacific territory treaty, Elizabeth is taken aback when the Philippines' unconventional president, Datu Andrada, makes an inappropriate advance towards her. Meanwhile, Elizabeth enlists Jay to investigate Kevin Park’s ties to the CIA. Additionally, Henry grows increasingly worried for his operative, who has gone dark while infiltrating a religious cult.
