Sylvia opts for arm plastic surgery, only to learn from her doctor that it's common for body parts to change as one ages. Meanwhile, Fran is in a tizzy as her feet modeling agency reunion approaches, anxious about her age and the fact that her shoe size has increased by a whole size. Thankfully, Mr. Sheffield steps in to support her by offering to accompany her to the reunion, easing her worries about the event.
