After landing a segment on the Ava show, Chris's success prompts Reagan to recognize her desire for more independence in her job. At the same time, Ava's father arrives with his family, who seem far more excited about the prospect of meeting celebrities, like Ava's competitor Sharon Osbourne, rather than connecting with Ava herself.
