Thanks to some help from Torpedo Girl, Bo-bobo and his crew arrive in Cyber City, only to be greeted by a mad, wheel-headed assassin who spins them into a frenzy with his slicing and dicing skills! With Gasser nowhere to be found and Jelly transformed into a sausage, Bo-bobo is determined to take down this foe, no matter the challenge—whether it involves ballet moves, driving, or dreadful piano lessons!
