After Stan harshly critiques Steve for dating a plus-sized girlfriend, he becomes aware of his own weight issues. In an attempt to remedy this, he goes to extreme lengths with his exercise routine, ultimately spiraling into anorexia. Meanwhile, Steve comes to the heartbreaking realization that his father's struggles are tied to his relationship with his girlfriend. Faced with a difficult decision, Steve must take action to protect his father's health and well-being.
