After Stan brings home some CIA surveillance gear meant for listening in on conversations, he discovers that his neighbors have a rather low opinion of him. In a fit of revenge, he evicts the whole neighborhood to escape their judgment. However, when an unlikely ally steps in to help him, Stan learns that gossip can go both ways.
