In 1982, a roadside garage finds itself frozen at 8:54 PM. Suddenly, a car from 1948 pulls up, carrying a man and a woman who seem eager to return to their time. Sapphire, Steel, and Silver step in to investigate the peculiar situation. Just as the tension builds, the clock jumps ahead to 9:04 PM.
