Helen is uncertain about which sister their mother has come to visit when she arrives on Nantucket. Her worries deepen when she learns that their mother has lost the $10,000 meant for her and Joe's wedding, leading her to believe that Casey has always been the favored daughter. At the same time, Fay and Roy share a ticket to a Barbara Streisand concert, while Antonio decides to embrace Deedee as his mother. Meanwhile, Lowell and Brian engage in a competitive eating challenge, trying to outdo each other with Deedee's cooking.
