Following Capt. Murphy's instructions, Stormy and Quinn set out to connect to some pirated cable TV. They manage to get a picture, but things soon spiral out of control, causing them to be thrown back in time repeatedly by about 15 minutes. Each time they reset, they struggle to figure out what went wrong and how to fix it, leading to a chaotic loop of events that keeps them trapped in the same timeframe.
