Title: No Borders Plot: In 2010, when Vitalija Baliutaviciene, a Lithuanian resident of Peterborough, failed to come home from work, her 9-year-old son reached out to the authorities. They contacted her ex-husband, a man with a history of violence against her, but he was in Lithuania at the time. However, phone records, ANPR footage, and Dover surveillance cameras revealed a surprising and complex situation that contradicted the initial assumptions.
