Michael takes on the role of a cashier, creating a milk carton featuring a shopper's face and attempts to persuade her that she is actually a missing person. Later, at a shipping store, he tricks customers into thinking they've encountered futuristic technology, including the absurd idea of mailing a bowling ball in a flat box. Additionally, he creates confusion for a hotel guest by switching her identification and leaves a valet baffled when he performs a disappearing act right from his car.
