A young girl is desperately searching for her cherished cat, Spunky, prompting the Rescue Rangers to jump into action. They soon discover that a gang of robotic dogs, controlled by the nefarious Professor Nimnul, has abducted all the felines. The villain aims to harness the cats' static electricity to fuel his scheme for city domination. The Rangers successfully rescue Spunky and liberate the other captured cats, thwarting the Professor's sinister ambitions in the process.
