Tia and M2 head out on the water to get a pit bull ready for adoption into her permanent family. Meanwhile, a recent parolee arrives at Villalobos from Boston, determined to stay focused and make his teenage son proud. In another part of town, Lizzy and Heidi stumble upon a stray dog in critical condition, prompting them to act quickly to save him.
