Jake is mortified when Reggie becomes fixated on helping him achieve a goal he set during sixth grade. Her relentless efforts lead to nothing but discomfort and humiliation for Jake, as she ignores John's requests to back off. In another part of the office, Linda stirs up chaos after successfully saving a patient's life, prompting her to believe she can forgo medical school entirely and start bossing John and Margaret around.
