Cranky is busy administering vaccinations for the "Kongo Bongo Gone Wrongo" illness. Diddy, afraid of the needle, devises a scheme to outsmart Cranky. However, his plan backfires when he ends up contracting the disease himself. In turn, he inadvertently passes it on to Krusha, who then spreads it to K. Rool.
