Adam Whiteley, a young Member of Parliament dedicated to creating a fair society, earns the admiration of the public and is seen as a "White Knight." In response, his adversaries enlist Milverton to eliminate him. Meanwhile, William becomes intrigued by Whiteley and chooses to put him to the test.
