They insist that Japan hand over all Wam, warning that failure to comply could lead to military intervention. Meanwhile, Yaha-kui zaShunina envisions a different future, where the Wam is available to all people rather than being hoarded by a select few governments. He devises a new strategy to ensure that everyone can benefit from this powerful resource.
