S1E1 The Free Waters

Pearl Nolan, the owner of a local restaurant, stumbles upon the lifeless body of her friend and oyster supplier, found shackled to the anchor of his vessel. While the authorities, directed by visiting Chief Inspector Mike McGuire, initially deem it an accident, Pearl—who also operates a private detective agency—has a gut feeling that something more sinister is at play.
