Kristen envisions raising her kids in a quaint town, reminiscent of her own childhood, but the life of a military family keeps them constantly relocating. With Kelvin nearing retirement, they’ve decided it’s time to find a permanent home for their little ones. Armed with a budget of $250,000, they turn to Ben and Erin, who present them with two appealing options: a spacious, charming old house and a character-filled Craftsman that comes at a lower price but requires more work. Ben and Erin transform the chosen house into a dream family home, complete with a study area, play zone, and a stunning kitchen featuring a unique bowling alley countertop.
