Bullwinkle suddenly recalls that he's left out the crucial secret ingredient for his infamous stinky pie. Eager to fix this, he and Rocky head to Norway to seek assistance from his cherished Grandwinkle. Unbeknownst to them, they're being shadowed by some mysterious figures!
