Pikachu experiences difficulties with its Electric-type moves after being hit by lightning, but a mysterious second thunderstorm restores its abilities almost immediately. Professors Oak and Juniper believe that this phenomenon is linked to the Legendary Pokémon Zekrom and decide that more research is necessary to understand what happened.
