In this episode, Mr. Rogers wraps up his conversation about masks and disguises before heading to a newly established toy-and-book shop owned by his neighbor, Tony Chiroldes. Meanwhile, in the Neighborhood of Make-Believe, the characters are on a mission to find Little Panda and Prince Tuesday. Betty Okonak Templeton and her friends utilize a telescope to identify the planet they should search. Ultimately, it falls to HulaMouse to embark on the quest to rescue Tuesday and Little Panda from their predicament.
