Jack, a talented artist with a peculiar knack for depicting corpses, finds himself enamored with a stunning woman who inspires him to create even more. In an effort to impress her, he resolves to change his ways. Tragedy strikes when she becomes a victim of a hit-and-run accident. Desperate to save her, Jack takes a life outside the hospital in a misguided attempt to fund her surgery, only to discover that the man he killed was the very doctor scheduled to operate on her. Ultimately, his actions lead to an irreversible loss.
