Jon Taffer, a bar expert, heads to Redondo Beach, CA, to rescue Kilkenny’s, an Irish pub that’s struggling to stay afloat. Despite the challenges posed by bar manager Carlos, who opposes Jon’s approach and jeopardizes the pub's future, owner Allie stands her ground and refuses to let him go.
