S6E11 The Christmas Tree Lot

Eager to earn some cash for Christmas gifts, the boys hatch a plan to sell Christmas trees. However, after their latest delivery, they find themselves needing a new location. Ozzie steps in to help by negotiating with a real estate agent who agrees to provide them with a space in exchange for the boys taking his nieces, new to town, out on a date. Unfortunately, sales are sluggish at their new site, prompting Ozzie to recommend that Ricky perform some music to draw in potential buyers.
