Malcolm gets a surprise check for $10,000, and when Hal and Lois learn about it, they plot to keep the cash for their own enjoyment. But when Dewey catches wind of their plan, he insists on joining in as well. Now, the family must come up with a way to reimburse Malcolm for what they’ve taken.
