As Gabrielle's loved ones come together to celebrate her birthday, the festive atmosphere quickly turns sinister when a bounty hunter seeking to capture Xena is found dead. Suddenly, the guests become prime suspects in the murder investigation. With time running out, Discord, the newly appointed goddess of vengeance, gives Xena until dawn to uncover the truth behind the killing, or risk losing everyone she cares about to the underworld.
