The chefs still in the competition travel to Lake Hartwell’s iconic Green Pond Landing, where they take on a fan-favorite mise en place Quickfire Challenge judged by Kristen, Tom, and Gail. Afterward, they hit the water for a Top Chef Fishing Derby. In the Elimination Challenge, each chef must craft their best dish using the fish they caught, aiming to wow the judges alongside Oscar-nominated actress Danielle Brooks and James Beard-nominated chef James London.
