In Washington, D.C., tragedy strikes as two police officers are shot and one is killed while stationed in their cruisers. A gunman stealthily approaches and unleashes a barrage of bullets. In response, the FBI is called in to assist in tracking down the assailant, which culminates in an intense shootout as they close in on the suspect.
