Claudia struggles to fit in at junior high. Meanwhile, Will and Bailey visit an Eastern college. Julia and Justin respond to a new school policy banning kissing by organizing a protest to persuade Principal Stickley to reconsider. Charlie searches for Pamela, discovering that Spencer isn’t his son; she was merely in need of cash. Kirstin contemplates whether Charlie will find happiness with her, given her inability to have children. To ease her worries, they agree to adopt Owen together.
