Set in early '90s Boston, where racism and crime are rampant, Jackie Rohr, a celebrated FBI agent known for his unorthodox tactics, is comfortable with the existing order. In contrast, Decourcy Ward, the newly appointed Assistant District Attorney, aims to dismantle the corrupt system. Despite their differences, the two are forced into an unlikely partnership to tackle a gang of armored truck thieves operating out of Charlestown.
