Tyler Florence surprises the four remaining food truck teams with a taste of Nashville's renowned hot chicken, prepared by local chef Aqui Hines from 400 Degrees. The teams get a chance to see if they can handle the spice before Tyler sets them the challenge of crafting their own spicy dishes—without using chicken. Aqui samples their creations and rewards the best one with a $500 boost to their earnings. On the second day in Nashville, Tyler tasks the teams with creating self-promotional materials, inspired by the city’s vibrant artists. Country singer Craig Wayne Boyd evaluates their efforts, granting immunity to the top team.
